We process data to manage registrations and payments, issue invoices, send event-related communications and (with consent) the newsletter. Basis: contract, legal obligations and consent.

Data is kept for as long as necessary and per legal obligations. We apply technical and organisational security measures.

We use Netopia mobilPay for payments and an e-invoicing provider for invoicing.
