Shaping the next generation of upper-limb surgeons
The SRUC / RESS fellowship is aimed at young orthopaedic surgeons who want to specialise în shoulder and elbow surgery. Fellows train alongside experienced mentors, take part în live surgery, workshops and cadaveric courses, and gain exposure to modern arthroscopic and reconstructive techniques.
The society supports fellows with grants and access to national and international centres, helping them broaden the range of treatments they can offer their patients.
