Nature of the services
The association sells registrations to events, congresses and courses. These are services (event access), not physical goods, so delivery is electronic.
How delivery works
- After a successful card payment, the registration is confirmed automatically and you receive a confirmation email immediately.
- For bank transfer, the registration is confirmed after we receive the payment; you then receive the confirmation email.
- The confirmation email contains your registration details, the invoice (where applicable) and the access ticket.
Delivery time
Electronic delivery of the confirmation is immediate for card payments and within a few business days for bank transfers (after the payment is registered). Event access is granted on the event dates.
