Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions for registrations to events and courses organised by Asociația Societatea Română de Umăr și Cot - S.R.U.C..

2. Event services

Event and course registrations are leisure/educațional services with a set date. Under the law, the 14-day legal right of withdrawal may not apply to such services.

3. Cancellation by the participant

• more than 30 days before: full refund minus processing fees;
• 14-30 days before: partial refund (50%);
• less than 14 days: no refund, but the registration may be transferred.

4. Cancellation by the organiser

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, fees are fully refunded or carried over, at the participant's choice.

5. How to request a refund

Send a request to office@sruc.ro with your name, registration reference and reason.
