2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the website and registration for the association's events, courses and programmes, as well as online payment of the related fees.

3. Services and prices

Participation fees are shown on the registration page, in RON. The final price and any applicable taxes are shown before payment is completed.

4. Payment methods

Payment can be made online by card through the authorised processor Netopia mobilPay, or by bank transfer. Card data is handled solely by the processor; the association does not store card data.

5. Service delivery

After payment confirmation, the participant receives a registration confirmation by email and, where applicable, the invoice and access ticket.

6. Cancellation and refund

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and GDPR.
