Event overview
The Romanian Shoulder and Elbow Society invites orthopaedic surgeons and all professionals with an interest in shoulder and elbow surgery to the 2026 Annual Meeting in Romania, which will feature a strong international faculty and a comprehensive scientific programme. The course will be convened by Dr. Marius Negru, President of the Society, together with Dr. Radu Amon, Dr. Gabi Darca and Dr. Mihai Rascu. The conference is organised in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine of Transilvania University of Brașov, reflecting a shared commitment to high-quality education and research in musculoskeletal medicine.

All fees are per person, in RON, and include access to scientific sessions, exhibition area, coffee breaks, lunches and conference materials.

How to register
- Complete the online Registration Form on the Romanian Shoulder and Elbow Society website.
- Upload proof of status (resident/physiotherapist/student), if applicable.
- Select your registration category and fee band (early / standard / late).
- Choose payment method (bank transfer or card) and complete payment.
- Receive a confirmation email; bring a copy (printed or digital) to on-site check-in.
For group registrations (more than 10 participants) or industry partners, please contact the Organising Committee for tailored packages.
Payment and invoicing
- All fees are payable in RON; an indicative EUR equivalent may be displayed on the website for reference.
- VAT, if applicable, will be added according to Romanian legislation and shown clearly on the invoice.
- Cancellations, refunds and name changes follow the official meeting Terms and Conditions available on the registration page.
