Societatea Română de Umăr și Cot (SRUC) este o societate non-profit constituită din chirurgi ortopezi specializați sau cu un interes special pentru chirurgia umărului și a cotului.
Congresul anual își propune să servească drept un forum unde persoanele interesate în acest domeniu se pot întâlni, face schimb de idei și experiență și pot prezenta rezultatele cercetării lor în chirurgia umărului și a cotului.
